Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014, registered for offences under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37525 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 same day. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner surrenders, before the learned Trial Court, within a period of four weeks from today and files a petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
