2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur (Karnemepur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 300 of 2021 registered on 17.10.2021 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302 and 34 of the I.P.C.

4. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 6 named accused persons, including the petitioner. It has been alleged that all the accused persons visited the house of the informant and threatened him, which lead to scuffling among them, due to which injury took place.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the informant and the petitioner both are family members. He further

6. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2023 having clean antecedent. He submits that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, which is Annexure-3 series.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur (Karnemepur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 300 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

9. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
