The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Didarganj P.S. Case No.94 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a) and 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant, a police officer, alleged that he got information about the preparation and manufacturing of country made liquor near a canal situated in village Madhopur. The informant and other police officials raided the place and recovered country made liquor and other articles meant for manufacturing country made liquor. It is further alleged that

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that recovery is made from a lonely place situated near the Canal. Nobody has seen the petitioners manufacturing and selling the liquor. The names of the petitioners are disclosed by the informant and other police officials. The petitioners are not acquainted with the police officials from before and petitioners are not accused in any Excise case.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No.94 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
