2. The petitioner is in custody since 23/24.12.2022 in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 555/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the named accused in the present case. The informant, in her deposition, has alleged that the petitioner had taken away the girl.

4. It has been stated that during trial, the victim girl has said that she got married to the petitioner after eloping with him.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI cum Special Judge POCSO, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 555/2022.
