JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Three kg. Ganja is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of co-accused, Pramod, when he along with petitioner and one another were intercepted by the police. So far as petitioner is concerned; only mobile is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-cum-learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Sheohar.
