PeruXsed the impugned order dated 29.09.2015 passed by the 4th A.D.J., Khagaria in S.T.A. No. 14 of 1996, whereby the learned lower appellate court has rejected the application under Order 41 Rule 27 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner. 3.

It appears that the learned lower appellate court has clearly considered the submissions and the points, which are being raised by the learned counsel before this Court and then held that the document sought to be exhibited as additional evidenced is not relevant for the question to be decided in the suit for specific performance of contract.

In such view of the matter, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) brajesh/- U
