The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No.80 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 354(B), 384, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
