One pistol was recovered from beneath the bed of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 28.9.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Tharthari P.S. Case no. 99/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
