JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against petitioner is that he took the deceased for repairing electric pole and pressurized the deceased to climb up the electric pole but unfortunately, the deceased was electrocuted. The police after due investigation, submitted charge sheet u/S 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
