In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ghogardiha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015 for offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that the daughter of the Informant was killed and her body was disposed of and the family members were found to have fled away. The Informant caught the father-in-law of the victim and brought him to the police station. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of conversation with the father-in-law of the victim, he had stated that the victim has consumed poison.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57201 of 2015 (3) dt.19-02-2016 case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Govind Kamat is rejected with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
