JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased and, is languishing in jail custody since 1.8.2015, in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections-304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.53285 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
