This application for regular bail arises out of Mehsi P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the informant. From the First Information Report, it transpires that the marriage between the informant and the petitioner was solemnized nearly 19 years before lodging of the First Information Report. There is allegation of using abusive language and assault made by the petitioner, resulting into injuries sustained by the informant. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that matrimonial dispute between the parties is

Considering the facts and circumstances and the background of the registration of the First Information Report, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Motihari, East Champaran in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020.
