1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bheja P.S Case no.4 of 2025 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a country made pistol was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession or from his house. He is in custody since 8.1.2025 and has been falsely implicated in the case. He has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody since 8.1.2025, his not having any criminal antecedent and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bheja P.S Case no.4 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
