Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The SHO, Masaurhi P.S and the Investigating Officer of the case, in compliance of order dated 8-9-2025, are present in the Court.

The Investigating Officer of the case submits that the case was investigated and during the course of investigation, it transpired that the deceased had earlier married Krishna Kumar, but then she was not happy with her marriage and she fled and married the petitioner, it is also submitted that it also transpired in the course of investigation that petitioner was not

No.42332 of 2025(4) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 responsible for the death of the victim rather she was ill and she was admitted in Maa Girja Emergency Hospital, Bairiya, it is next submitted that though she was referred to PMCH, but then she died at Maa Girja Emergency Hospital, Bairiya. It is also submitted that death certificate has also been issued. 5.

Considering the submissions made by the Investigating Office of the case, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Masaudhi P.S. Case No. 342 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
