JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 452, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that the petitioner and others entered into the courtyard of the informant when the petitioner twice resorted fire, one in the air and other at the window of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the agnate of the informant when the petitioner's father gave `51,000/- to the informant as loan and for return of the said amount, the dispute arose. A statement has been made in para 7 of the petition that I.O., has not found any sign of firing at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10356 of 2016 (2) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 place of occurrence. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda (Biharsharif) in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
