Bore rifle to the petitioner which had already been issued in favour of his deceased- father.
Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the petitioner herein, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas for redressal of his grievance by filing a proper representation within a period of four weeks from today which shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 2 within a period of six weeks thereafter.
