The petitioner was appointed as Assistant in the office of District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in the year, 2005. He was put under suspension on 01.02.2010, pending departmental proceeding. Later on, he was dismissed on 03.02.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a limited prayer with respect to consideration of payment of subsistence allowance and other admissible dues from the date of suspension, e.g. 01.02.2010, till the date of dismissal i.e. 03.02.2014. He submits that the dismissal order is silent with respect to payment for the

If the petitioner files a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, he would pass appropriate order with respect to subsistence allowances and other admissible dues including earned leave within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
