The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 318 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 354, 420, 120B, 427 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code, seeks the privilege of pre-arrest bail.
At the very outset, it has been submitted that in this case, the matter has been compromised amicably and both the parties have settled their dispute outside the court. In support of compromise, the learned counsel for the informant namely, Sri Vivek Anand is present.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28617 of 2014 (4) dt.27-01-2015 In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the petitioner, in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 318 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
