JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Twenty litres country-made liquor, 40 kg. dry Mahua and in huge quantity Naushadar are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 10-09-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
