The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hassainganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is charged with firing at the grand son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is on hearsay and that the informant has not seen the occurrence. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the impugned order which contains the statement of the victim who has charged this petitioner of firing at him which caused the firearm injury, no case for indulgence is made out. The bail application is dismissed.
