The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. No. 2 vide order dated 9.4.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44948 of 2012 in connection with Darounda P.S. Case No. 124 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,323,328,341,494/34 and 498A of the IPC.

This Court vide order dated 16.5.2018 directed for issuance of notice to O.P. No. 2 for which requisites were to be filed within two weeks but the same was not filed. Office note dated 10.7.2018 reflects that this application stood dismissed as against O.P. No. 2 on 18.6.2018.

Since the present application has been filed for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1223 of 2018(4) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 cancellation of bail of O.P. No. 2, no useful purpose will be served allowing this application to proceed as against the State of Bihar.
