JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, one co-accused, Harikishore Rai was caught by the informant and others at the time of alleged occurrence and the aforesaid co-accused, Harikishore Rai disclosed the name of co-accused, Tulsi Das as his associate. Subsequently, co-accused Tulsi Das was arrested and disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 09-09-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
