JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner is making prayer for modification of the order dated 16.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47382 of 2017 and he submits that the petitioner was in jail custody in other cases and he could not be released on bail but ultimately he has been released on 06.08.2020 and makes a prayer that he is ready to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- in terms of the above order, within four months.

Accordingly, the order dated 16.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47382 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioner would deposit Rs.1,00,000/- within one month from today and rest amount he will pay within one month from that
