JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 24-07-2019 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 07.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 7199 of 2018.

2. A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 and 3, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 18.02.2019 passed by the learned Collector, Patna in E.C. Case No. 47 of 2016-17, discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the judgment of this Court stands complied with.

3. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite a copy of the supplementary show cause having been served upon learned counsel for the petitioner on 27.02.2019. No rejoinder thereto has been filed controverting the statements made therein.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 2233 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is
