JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 05-03-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that an in-house dispute between the parties has taken shape of litigation as also the fact that although the compassionate appointment was granted to the brother of the petitioner in the year 2006, it has taken him a decade to question the same, the writ petition lacks merit and the relief claimed is fit to be rejected on grounds of gross laches and delay as well.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
