Petitioner apprehends his arrest in complaint case no. 30313(c) of 2014, instituted under 420, 467, 471 of Indian Penal Code.

The complainant, who is the wife of the petitioner, alleged that her husband had earlier taken blank signatures on five different pages from her, which he misused for filing divorce case with consent. She next submits that the compromise petition has been filed by fraudulently using her blank signatures. If the allegations are true, the matter would be of serious nature. The complaint is pending consideration before J.M. 1st

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8450 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 class, in seisin of the case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar Ram, J.M. 1st Class, Patna or the court in seisin of the case, in connection with Complaint Case No. 30313(c) of 2014, with the condition that he would not physically absent for two consecutive dates at a stretch, till one witness is examined in the case and would also not tamper with the evidence of the case, failing which his bail bond would be cancelled.
