1. Learned counsel for the Board has pointed out that the petitioner has deposited the requisite fees after the cut-off date in January 2022 and therefore his case could not be considered along with the others. However, since the application and the fees has already been deposited, if the Court directs the Respondents would have to take steps to consider the case of the petitioner for permanent affiliation. It is informed that provisional affiliation has already been granted to the petitioner.

2. Having noticed the aforesaid facts and taking into

Patna High Court CWJC No.9816 of 2022(3) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 consideration the provisions of the Act of 2020 and the Regulations of 2011, this Court directs the Board may now consider the case of the petitioner for permanent affiliation and may take the required steps for the purpose. The action should be taken expeditiously.

3. With the said observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
