2. Pursuant to order dated 29.08.2019, supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the Commissioner of the Corporation bringing on record the calculation chart and receipt
Patna High Court MJC No.2244 of 2018 dt.17-09-2019 2/2 showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/-, as per the previous order of the Court.
3. Learned counsel for the Corporation submitted that though the cheque is ready but the petitioner had refused to receive the same and, thus, they would ensure that the amount is transferred directly into the account of the petitioner. Copy of the affidavit has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with the observation that within one week the amount, which the Corporation has found due and admissible to the petitioner, shall be credited into his account. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U T
