2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36563 of 2024.
4. It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that six witnesses have already been examined. P.W. 2, namely Shyam Sunder Yadav, P.W. 3, namely Heera Kumari and P.W. 5, namely Yaduvir Yadav, have deposed that they know nothing about the occurrence and have given no statement

P.W. 4, namely Pramila Devi, who happens to be mother of the victim, has deposed that she had given no statement before the police and knows nothing about the contents of the F.I.R.. She has deposed that her daughter left the house saying that she was going to college and did not return. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 17.11.2023.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, deposition of the witnesses, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
6. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023.
