02. 06.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 12 of 2013 arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 167 of 2012 registered under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hilsa, Nalanda.

Considering that the case is at the stage of argument, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
