2. By filing this writ petition petitioner has assailed his suspension order dated 27.06.2011.

3. Counsel for the Bank states that the proceeding shall be concluded within a period of two months from today. It is also submitted that in the instant case besides the departmental proceeding petitioner is also being prosecuted by the Central Bureau of Investigation pursuant to First Information Report (Annexure-1).

4. Suspension having continued from

Patna High Court CWJC No.9275 of 2013 dt.20-03-2015 2/2 27.06.2011, Bank was obliged to have concluded the departmental proceeding within a reasonable time, however, if the same is not concluded within two months, Bank is directed to revoke the suspension of the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
