The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner for having misused the privilege of bail, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 412 of 2012 on earlier terms as enumerated in Cr. Misc. No. 6669 of 2013 by order dated 08.03.2013.
