JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that she had left her home voluntarily and she was never kidnapped by the petitioner. Although the victim stated that petitioner used to talk her on telephone and once he made attempt to establish physical relation but admittedly, the present case has been registered under Section-366 of the Indian Penal Code and petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 28-09-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
