The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, in course of vehicle checking petitioner was apprehended by the police with stolen motorcycle and he could not produce the document of the said motorcycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to lack of knowledge the petitioner had purchased the motorcycle on assurance that paper would be provided to him after some time. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.03.2019.

No.35617 of 2019(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.03.2019, this court is inclined to enlarge him on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019.
