It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State that substantial amount of retiral dues has been paid and process for making payment for pension has been undertaken by O.P. No.2 and it is informed in open Court that the same will be done within a period of two weeks.

3. Considering the aforesaid information made on behalf of the State, I don't find the contempt petition to be kept

4. In case, no action is taken, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action against the opposite party concerned.
