JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the respondent authorities of the Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Limited to pay the monthly remuneration/salary/honorarium @ of Rs. 19,700/- per month

Patna High Court CWJC No.12207 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 for the period May, 2015 to 31.07.2016 i.e. for the period the petitioner had discharged his duties as Assistant Manager of the respondent Corporation in light of the office order issued vide Memo No. 708 dated 28.04.2007 under the pen and signature of the District Manager, State Fertilizer Corporation, Munger. Having regard to the nature of grievance of the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Limited by filing appropriate representation regarding his aforesaid grievances and in case such a representation is filed, the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Limited shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, with an endeavour to redress the grievance of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks of filing of such representation by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
