JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 150 of 2014 registered under Section 304-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the petitioner is not directly related to the husband of the deceased. She happens to be a covillager and a distant agnate of the husband of the deceased. It has also been contended that the petitioner had no involvement in the day-to-day matrimonial affairs of the deceased and her husband.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56103 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2 / 2 Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 150 of 2014.
