JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 It has come at the instance of the petitioner for modification in order dated 21.6.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26222 of 2017, as it has been submitted that in the first paragraph of the order Criminal Miscellaneous No.16842 of 2017 has been mentioned instead of "Criminal Miscellaneous No.12379 of 2017" and secondly, it is submitted that earlier the petitioner was given four weeks' time to surrender and thereafter he prayed for some more time to surrender and he was granted one week time to surrender vide order dated 21.06.2017 passed in the present case but the order could not be communicated to the learned court below, as such he could not surrender.

In view of submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26222 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in the first paragraph of the order, let "Criminal Miscellaneous No.12379 of 2017" be read in place of Criminal Miscellaneous No.16842 of 2017 and further the petitioner is granted ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26222 of 2017 (3) dt.05-07-2017 days' further time to surrender and it is made clear that thereafter, no slip for extension of time shall be considered on behalf of the petitioner. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U
