The Principal Secretary, Department of Road Construction, is directed to consider the request made by the present petitioner through the concerned Minister. The issue pertains to the construction of road in 'New Mithila Colony', Patna.

Let the grievances of the petitioners be considered and decision taken as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order. Needless to add, while considering such representation which the petitioners may file, principles of natural justice shall be followed and due opportunity of hearing afforded to the parties.

Liberty reserved to the petitioners to approach the Court, if the need so rises subsequently, on the same and subsequent cause of action.

We have not expressed any opinion on merits.
