2. Prima facie, the present Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable in the light of decision dated 18.05.2010 in Civil Revision No. 346 of 2010 (Neelam Kumari Sinha vs. Shree Prashant Kumar). On the other hand, appellant has remedy under civil miscellaneous petition. Thus, the present Miscellaneous Appeal No. 438 of 2025 stands disposed of for the purpose of statistics.
