ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.48 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is ready and willing to keep his wife with all honour and dignity and that there shall be no recurrence of any such untoward incident so as to cause any mental torture to the daughter of O.P. No.2 in future. It is further submitted that as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57362 of 2015 (2) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 and when required, he shall make himself available in the court below and co-operate in the proceedings of the said case. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Avinash Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Bhabua, in connection with Chand P.S.
