Patna High Court CWJC No.476 of 2021(6) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 challenged the transfer order as contained in letter no. 541 dated 19.09.2020 issued by the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj. In the writ application, there is also a prayer to direct the respondents to take action against the Private Respondent Nos. 11, 12 and 13, who are said to have acted in violation of the guidelines issued to the department concerned in the matter of protection of workmen from Sexual Assault Act, 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already joined the transferred place and she is working there for the last more than 2 years. In the aforesaid view of the matter, in the opinion of this Court, the writ application has become infructuous. It is dismissed as having become infructuous.
