The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case as emanated from the FIR is that on the point of pistol, unknown miscreants have taken away the mobile phone of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03-04-2024. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present

Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Ravi Kumar. It is next submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the mobile phone which has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner was purchased by the petitioner from the co-accused, Ravi Kumar in Rs. 2,800/-. Petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade. 6.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and clean antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024.
