JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Keeping in mind that a Bench of this Court has already granted bail one of the co-accused Harendra Prasad who has also been accused of similar overt act, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, one of the surety will be executed by the father of the petitioner, namely, Budhdeb Saw and the other by one Manjeet Sao who is said to be the own brother of the petitioner, to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.154 of 2014, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.125 of 2015.
