JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application may be disposed off with liberty to petitioner to prefer statutory appeal in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016 before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Jamui. Learned counsel for the State is present.
This writ application is disposed off with liberty as prayed for. It will be open for the petitioner to raise all such plea which will be available to him before the appellate authority. In case the statutory appeal is preferred within the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13469 of 2018(3) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 period of 30 days from today, the same shall be considered on merit and will be disposed off within the statutory period. In case, any question of limitation arises, the same shall be considered keeping in mind that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
