The petitioner is the wife and Opposite Party No. 2 is husband of the petitioner.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she is having two children and she is a resident of Begusarai. At the present moment she is staying at Village Gopalpur, Begusarai and she is posted as teacher at Primary School, Gopalpur, Begusarai. Being a lady, petitioner will have difficulty in travelling from Gopalpur, Begusarai to Samastipur to contest the case on each and every date.

Opposite Party No. 2 submits that he is the second husband of the petitioner and the petitioner had also divorced earlier her first husband at Samastipur and Samastipur is also at a equal distance from Gopalpur and therefore, the petitioner will have no difficulty if she travels to Samastipur.

Patna High Court MJC No.58 of 2021(5) dt.19-09-2022 2/2 Considering the submission of the parties, the petitioner will have difficulty in going to Samastipur to contest the case, therefore, this Court directs that Matrimonial (divorce case) No. 76 of 2019 be transferred from Samastipur to Begusarai.

Let this order be communicated to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur and Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
