ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Private Opposite Party no. 2 by order dated 5.11.2015 in Cr. Appeal No. 30 of 2015 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vth Banka.

Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any reasons for cancelling the bail of the Private Opposite Party no. 2.

Hence the application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously in view of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
