The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 165 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 304(B), 498-A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Instant case is based on a complaint lodged by complainant Lalan Mistry against accused persons alleging there in his sister Guddi Kumari was married with one Pratap

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36011 of 2019(2) dt.11-06-2019 2/2 Kumar as per hindu rites and custom in a temple and in token of gift ornaments, cloths were given.

It is submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Husband, namely, Pratap Kumar is directed to surrender before the court below. When the husband, namely, Pratap Kumar surrenders before the court below, then the above named petitioners shall be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 165 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. This application stands disposed of.
