The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 270 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the first information report, the petitioner is involved in cheating people in the name of KBC. The money cheated from gullible persons has been deposited in the bank account belonging to the petitioner. The petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to take steps for arrest of all the accused persons who are involved in the present case.
