In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.31 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 504, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that a joint family partition Suit is pending between the parties. During the pendency of the said suit, the present petitioner has sold the land. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Upendra Kumar Choubey and others and Awadhesh Chobey have been

Looking to the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioners above named, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S.
